Transparent Pricing
A key value at our clinic is transparent, straightforward pricing so patients always know what to expect. We want to remove uncertainty around medical bills and help prevent surprise charges after a visit or unexpected insurance statements later on. Because of this, Cache Health operates as a cash-pay clinic and does not accept insurance. Our pricing is available online and over the phone for full transparency. Payment is required at the time services are provided so we can keep care simple, efficient, and focused on you.

An initial new patient visit is approximately one hour and is designed to give your provider time to get a full understanding of your health history, current concerns, and overall goals. During the visit, you will complete check-in details, have your vital signs taken, and spend the majority of your time in a detailed conversation and exam with your provider to develop a personalized care plan. Before you leave, your provider will review next steps, answer questions, and ensure you feel informed and supported about your ongoing care.
-
A follow-up appointment is a focused visit with your provider to review your progress, address any ongoing concerns, and adjust your care plan as needed. These visits are typically shorter than an initial appointment and may include discussion of test results, medication management, or new or changing symptoms. Pricing varies depending on the complexity of the visit and the amount of time required to provide appropriate care.
-
A nurse visit is a convenient, focused appointment for straightforward medical needs such as weight loss management, wound checks, rapid testing, or same-day illness concerns. These visits are designed to provide efficient care and support under the guidance of our clinical team without the need for a full provider appointment. They offer a simple way to address routine or acute needs quickly while ensuring you receive safe, high-quality care.

A cannabis medical card visit is a focused appointment to review your health history, current symptoms, and determine whether you may qualify under state guidelines. For both new evaluations and renewals, our provider will discuss your condition, answer questions, and complete the required documentation if eligibility criteria are met. The goal of this visit is to ensure safe, appropriate use while following all applicable state regulations and providing clear guidance throughout the process.
