Hi, I’m Heidi, a functional nutritionist, wellness advocate, and lifelong seeker of wholeness. I live in northern Utah with my husband of 26 years, and together we have three wonderful children. My journey into nutrition and functional medicine began early, shaped by my mother’s belief in the body’s natural ability to heal and strengthened by my own experiences with anxiety, perfectionism, and digestive challenges. These experiences led me to explore the powerful connection between mental, emotional, and physical health, and to study psychology, family science, and ultimately pursue a master’s degree in Nutrition and Functional Medicine. Today, I help clients move beyond symptoms to support true wellness by nurturing the mind, body, and spirit as an interconnected whole.
