Continued Care Visit - 50 min $120 - 25 min $60

These appointments provide ongoing support, monitor your health progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed. Our goal is to ensure you receive consistent, personalized care that addresses your evolving health needs, keeping you in control of your health every step of the way. Available in person or by telehealth
Continued Care Visit - 15 min $45
A 15-minute follow-up visit at Cache Health is perfect for quickly addressing a single health concern, reviewing test results, or adjusting treatment plans. These brief, focused appointments allow you to stay on top of your health without taking too much time out of your busy day. We're here to ensure you receive timely and efficient care to keep your health on track. Only available by Telehealth. These appointments can only be scheduled by the provider as needed.
Cannabis Card $120
We provide comprehensive support for obtaining your medical cannabis card. Our qualified healthcare provider will review your medical history, discuss your symptoms, and determine if medical cannabis is a suitable treatment for you. If approved, we will provide the necessary certification to apply for your medical cannabis card. Our team is here to guide you through the process and answer any questions you may have. Only available in person.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly ask for at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will incur a fee of 100% of the scheduled visit cost. This policy helps us manage our schedule effectively and accommodate other patients who may need urgent care.
Professional Scheduling Commitment
At Cache Health, we highly value your time and strive to stay on schedule to ensure prompt service for all our patients. To facilitate this, we commit to wrapping up our visits on time. If additional time is required, we will arrange a follow-up appointment at your convenience, which can be in-person, via telehealth, or through text.
If you arrive late, we will still see you up until your scheduled end time to ensure that we stay on track and can accommodate other patients as well.
