Booking your appointment at Cache Health is simple, fast, and secure. We encourage all patients—new and returning—to schedule online at their convenience.

How to Book

• Use our online scheduling system 24/7 (preferred)

• Or call/text our office at 435-990-4282 during clinic hours

Available Appointment Types

• New Patient Visits (50 minutes)

  • After scheduling, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a payment link. Your appointment is secured once the $150 reservation fee is paid within 24 hrs.

  • With at least 24 hrs’ notice, your payment may be applied to a rescheduled appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows forfeit the fee.

  • This policy protects appointment availability and ensures timely care for all patients.

• Continued Care Visits (25 or 50 minutes)

• Medical Cannabis Evaluations

• Sports, Scout, and Missionary Physicals

We are always available if you have questions about which visit type to choose.

Need to cancel or reschedule? No problem—just give us at least 24 hours' notice. Appointments cancelled with less than 24-hours notice will be charged the full appointment fee.
