Clinic Policies

At Cache Health, we aim to provide care that is respectful, timely, and grounded in clear communication. Please review our clinic policies below:

    • We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

    • Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice or missed without notification will be charged 100% of the scheduled visit cost.

    • This policy allows us to serve other patients who may need urgent care.

    • We commit to starting and ending your appointment on time.

    • If additional time is needed, we’ll schedule a follow-up visit (in-person, by telehealth, or by secure message).

    • If you arrive late, we’ll still see you but will conclude the visit at the original end time to stay on schedule.

  • When labs or diagnostic tests are ordered, results will be reviewed during a scheduled follow-up appointment (in-person or telehealth). This allows us to discuss the results in context, answer your questions thoroughly, and make appropriate treatment recommendations.

We do not provide full lab result interpretations via portal messages. This policy helps protect your safety, privacy, and ensures you receive the comprehensive care you deserve.

    • Cache Health is a cash-pay clinic. We do not bill insurance.

    • Payment is due at the time of service.

    • We accept credit/debit cards, HSA/FSA cards, and Apple Pay.

    • Superbills are available upon request for possible insurance reimbursement.

    • We use the secure Spruce platform for messaging, calls, and care coordination.

    • Patients can expect responses within two business days during clinic hours.

    • For emergencies, always call 911 or go to the nearest emergency department.

  • By booking an appointment, you consent to medical evaluation and treatment.

    • Our Notice of Privacy Practices is available at MyCacheHealth.com/privacy.

    • All personal health information is protected in accordance with HIPAA guidelines.

Thank you for choosing Cache Health. We’re honored to be your partner in care.
